By using Bus Bike Walk you agree to these terms. They are short.

What the app is

Bus Bike Walk plans trips on Oʻahu by bus, Skyline, Biki and on foot. It is made by Kanto Projects. It is an independent app and is not affiliated with TheBus, Skyline or Biki.

Schedules and live times

Timetables, live arrivals and bike counts come from the transit agencies' and Biki's own data. They can be late, wrong or missing, and buses get detoured and canceled. The app is provided as is, without warranty. Use your own judgment, especially for a last bus, a flight or an appointment, and watch the road rather than your phone while walking or riding.

The purchase

The app is free with ads. A one-time purchase removes them; it is tied to your Apple Account and can be restored on your other devices from the app's Settings. Apple handles payment and refunds: reportaproblem.apple.com.

Fair use

Don't take the app apart to get at the data feeds behind it, and don't use it to break the law.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Kanto Projects is not liable for missed connections, delays or other losses from using the app.

Data

Route and arrival data provided by permission of Oahu Transit Services, Inc. Bike share data from Biki's public feed. Maps by Apple.
